Good Morning! It is 2:45 am here in my part of the world and I cannot sleep~ So why am I posting here in my Joyfull Life blog?

Simply because my heart is so full of love, even at this bizarre hour that I feel like I would on a warm spring day~

Closing my eyes, thinking of my love, it feels as if the sun is shining down on me, a smile touches my lips, and I am full of love and joy even at this rather early (late?) hour...


So what came to me as I was unable to sleep tonight~ even when you go without sleep, you have a choice to be grumpy and unpleasant about not sleeping or you can take a look at all the wonderful things in your life and count your blessings...
